Return Policy


At Vendors Exchange, we continue to strive for excellence and innovation. In an effort to restructure the return process for our customers and staff, we are implementing a new procedure. These changes will streamline our handling of the return process.  

First, if you have a need to consider a return, you likely ordered a product from us, which means we owe you a “Thank You!” Nothing makes us happier than being able to provide you a great customer experience.

For all returns, please call one of our Customer Service/Technical Support Representatives at 800.321.2311. Our representative will attempt any basic technical troubleshooting, if applicable and if a resolution cannot be reached, a Return Authorization will then be issued. If necessary, a replacement order can also be placed at the same time. 

Returns must be unused, in its original condition and include all components of the original package. If parts were installed and deemed defective, the Customer Service Representative/Technical Support must be notified. An additional Quality Form will need to be completed and attached with all returned defective parts. If a used or previously installed part is returned to Vendors Exchange without all required forms it may result in additional handling charges and/or will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Once a claim is filed within the return period, the customer will have 30 days to return all parts. For quick processing, packages should be marked with the Return Authorization number on the outside of the box. All required paperwork, parts and components must be included in the box. Vendors Exchange will fully process all credits/returns within 30 days of receiving items.

If the reason for your return was caused by VE (i.e., damaged or defective items) we will cover the freight charges on the replacement item(s).

A claim will be null and void if parts fail due to improper installation.

Warranties do not apply to cosmetic/physical damage, floods, fires or other natural disasters.

Vendors Exchange is not responsible for missing, damaged or incorrect parts after 60 days-regardless of the party at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all such claims must be processed through the shipping company.

Some merchandise, including and not limited to; are not returnable;

  • Software chips/e-proms
  • Special order parts/equipment
  • Custom or modified parts
