At VE Solutions, our Warehouse Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials, inventory accuracy, and timely shipment of parts to our customers. This hands-on leadership position is responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, and shipping inventory while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment. The Accountant is a key member of the Finance team at VE Solutions and is responsible for supporting accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations. This hands-on position performs general ledger accounting, month-end closing activities, account reconciliations, financial reporting, cash-flow reporting, sales and use tax filings, inventory accounting, and audit support. The Mechanic B repairs vending machines based on sales/work order requirements, replaces defective parts of components and system such as tubing and electrical circuits; makes necessary modifications on machines, and periodically overhauls machines, which may include but is not limited to reconnecting loose wires, checking refrigeration systems for maintenance of proper temperatures.
